Look at Your Week
Open your calendar and find three short free times. Fifteen or twenty minutes can be enough. Do not choose a time when you are usually very busy. Write “study” in each free space, just like a small meeting.
Give Each Day One Job
Choose one simple job for each study time. On Monday, you can review ten words. On Wednesday, you can listen to a short conversation. On Saturday, you can write five sentences. One clear job is easy to start.
Keep Things Ready
Put your notebook, pen, and lesson in one place. If you study on the bus, keep them in your bag. If you study at home, use the same chair or table. Ready materials help you begin on time.
Check and Change
At the end of the week, look at your plan. Mark the study times you finished. If one time did not work, move it next week. A useful plan can change. The goal is a routine that fits your real life.
